Maybole Golf Club is a small, but friendly and sociable club for golfers of all ages and abilities. The club is open to both ladies and gents. Ladies and gents play for separate competitions but combine for fun events over the course of the year. Golf starts around the 1st of April each year.
Anyone can join the club for a small fee, even those who do not yet have a handicap, as lots of our members are willing to go out with new members to get them started and to help them obtain an official handicap.
Competition day is a Tuesday at 10.00 a.m. or 5.30p.m. We have a variety of events on our calendar such as weekly competitions, sociable Texas Scrambles, Club Championships, friendly inter-club matches, an annual outing, prize-giving and Christmas event. We hold an Open Competition every May (open to ladies and gents – separate competitions) where every hole has a prize to be won.
