BELLEISLE DRAINAGE PROJECT

We will be working on 3 separate drainage projects from 1st November on Holes 8, 15 and 16 as part of our ongoing efforts to improve course playability during and immediately after periods of inclement weather.

Holes 15 and 16 are particularly flat and our existing infrastructure is not working efficiently enough to remove the water from the fairways.

We carried out part of the work last March and we will be completing the project by installing a number of spurs running the width of the fairway.

On the 8th we will be installing a similar design to the 15th Hole to draw water away from the fairway and into our existing infrastructure. This too will ensure the fairways drain quicker in wet weather.

As a result of these projects we will be running Belleisle as a 9 hole course for a period of around 4 weeks. From 1st November until 30th November.

The composite course will consist of Holes 1,2,4,5,6,9,10,11,12. Season Ticket holders and Visitors will have the option of playing either 9 or 18 holes at the time of booking.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however we are sure you will all see the benefits next season.
